South Sudan

The Drugs and Food Control Authority of South Sudan has enacted a compulsory regulatory framework to ensure the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products. Effective December 15, 2024, all covered shipments must undergo document verification, physical inspection, laboratory testing, and issuance of a Clean Report of Inspection and Analysis.
